How does the initial consultation work?
We begin with a brief call or written exchange to understand your situation. From there, we discuss which engagement type may be most fitting, and we share a clear scope and timeline for your consideration before any work begins.
Do you work with smaller businesses or only large organisations?
We work across a range of organisation sizes, from SMEs planning first-time expansion to established firms navigating structural change. The scope of each engagement is calibrated to what is genuinely useful for your situation, not a template approach.
Are the services available outside of the Klang Valley?
Most of our work is conducted for organisations based in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. We do take on engagements in other parts of Malaysia and across Southeast Asia, particularly for the Market Entry Feasibility Study where the research scope spans the broader region.
What does the payment arrangement look like?
We typically arrange a 50% deposit at the start of an engagement and the remaining balance upon delivery of the final report or retreat summary. We can discuss payment phasing for longer programmes where that would be helpful.
How long does it take to receive deliverables?
The Market Entry Feasibility Study delivers its report within three to four weeks from the start date. The Operational Streamlining Program concludes within five to six weeks. The Leadership Retreat is a two-day programme, with the written outcome summary provided within a week after the retreat.
Is information we share kept confidential?
Yes. All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive information is shared, if that is your preference.
