Each engagement begins with a scoping conversation — either a short call or written exchange — where we understand your situation and confirm that one of our services is a genuine fit for where you are right now. We do not recommend a more expensive engagement when a simpler one will serve you better.
Once we agree on scope, we send a written engagement brief covering deliverables, timeline, access requirements, and payment structure. Work begins only after this is acknowledged and a deposit is received.
Throughout the engagement, we communicate regularly via email and scheduled check-ins. For longer programmes, we provide a brief written status note each week so you always know where things stand without needing to ask.
Delivery is followed by a structured debrief — typically an hour — where we walk through the outputs, answer questions, and ensure the findings are well understood before we close the engagement.
